Maple Ridge, B.C. – Ridge Meadows RCMP have released a photo of a person of interest in two recent robberies.

On Sunday April 2nd a male robbed a convenience store in the 21600 block of Dewdney Trunk Road. It appears the suspect struck again on Monday April 3rd at a different store which is located in the 22200 block of Dewdney Trunk Road. At approximately 3:30 p.m. the suspect walked into the store, produced a knife and got away with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen riding a yellow bicycle north from Dewdney Trunk Road on 222 Street.

Corporal Amanda Harnett said, Investigators believe the same suspect is involved in both of these robberies. By releasing this photo of the man, police are hopeful someone will let us know the identity of this person.

The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6 feet tall with an average build.
